DIETING AND EMOTIONAL EATING
The Understanding Your Eating Programme...
...does not tell you what to eat or how much.
We think you know that already. Instead it helps you to explore whether you are eating to deal with your feelings. Are you using food to manage your life? And if you are, it teaches you a different way of getting through the day.
Areas that are covered:
• Eating is not just about hunger!
• Eating to manage feelings
• Self esteem and how it helps you look after yourself better
• Improving body esteem
• Do you eat too much and want to understand why?
Do you consider yourself to be
a ‘comfort eater’?
I trained to be a Group Leader on this course for personal reasons -
I have always known that basically if I want to lose weight then I need to eat less. But I wanted to get to the core of the problem and to understand my relationship with food.
Now I have accomplished this for myself I am keen to work with others who are interested in looking closely at themselves and address their eating patterns.
The cost is £45 per hour
